Thanks for your input Chase and Matt. My desire is to keep the posts easily readable so that people don’t put off reading them until later. I have found (for me) that “later” often never comes, and the thing I thought I would read gets buried in my inbox.
Thanks Franklin. Those are good suggestions. I actually made up a list of my top 25 books for a StoryWorth book I wrote for my kids. I will probably pepper some of those books in on future posts.
I agree with Chase. My time is usually short so having only a few good paragraphs is appreciated. With that said, I too, wouldn’t mind a longer post if it helped you to get your point across. So I would say keep them short like they have been but don’t be afraid to post a longer one if the point you’re trying to make requires it.

5-8 paragraphs is a sweet spot for me if you are planning to keep posting with this regularity.
I think a little longer would be good. Some questions for reflection maybe some suggested reading might be a nice addition.

I appreciate the short length! I guess I would like them lengthier if you deemed it necessary to articulate your point properly.
